Help Lumia OS replace

Nope... Android builds are incredibly devices specific.. and Microsoft/Nokia/Lumia don't have the drivers available plus they have a chunk of security in the devices to stop people messing around with the operating system.

(as far as MS is concerned its upgrade path is "windows 10" or nothing, And at the moment "Nothing" is the favoured option for most users) you might want to run the app to see if you can upgrade (I think 640 users can.... https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/upgrade-advisor/9nblggh0f5g4?rtc=1 )
