Hi all,

My desire (my first smart phone and first HTC handset) is due on Monday. I have spent a hell of a lot of time reading up on what it can do on this forum. Seems like a great forum with good advice, and seems to be friendly as long as you don't mention Apple.

You can mention Apple all day long here... just so long as it's not in a blatent attempt to tell others how superior Apple is to everything else. Android owners are just as proud of their phones as are Apple owners, BB owners, Palm owners, and WM owners. That, I think, is where things tend to get a wee bit challenging.
