Help m trying to run hspl2 but geting this eror (rapidtool.exe-unable to locate component) plz help

this HSPL was working fine 3 days ago whn i flashed hd2 leo now m geting this error (rapidtool.exe unable to locate component - application have failed to start because rapl.dll was not found reinstalling application may fix this problem) i have reinstalled the application sevral times but problem still the same plz guide

Two questions:

1. Why are you still flashing with HSPL2 when HSPL4 is available? You can get it here:

2. If you already successfully flashed a hard SPL a few days ago, why are you flashing it again? Once you have successfully flashed HSPL you shouldn't need to do so again. If you are trying to flash a new ROM then simply flash a new ROM -- there is no need to flash a new SPL, MAGLDR, or radio (unless the ROM says you need to flash the radio).
