m8 android box help

I have just turned my m8 android box on and it seem that the picture is all jittery. .. The loading picture is fine can any 1 give me some knowledge on this please
 
Thanks mate .. problem sorted.... it was...settings... display... turn off HDMI auto conect... seem to be working fine
