Help M8 device halted due to large image update fail!

I rebooted to HBoot while 0P6BIMG_M8_UHL_M60_SENSE70_MR_hTC_Asia_India_6.15.720.2_Radio_1.29.214500021.12G_20.72.4196t.01_F_release_469495_signed_2_4.zip
is in my external sdcard named 0P6BIMG. and it gives me an error saying device halted due to large image update fail!
press power to reboot.
What should i do, and what is the problem.
