Help M8 TV box

hi all, I need some help with my M8 TV box.
I have done a factory reset on my box and now I can only get to the first screen that says MBOX IN 4 square's.
I have turned it off and on again over and over and still only loading to the MBOX SCREEN.
Any help will be greatly appreciated as its doing me in now....

I'd suggest taking it back, if you've factory reset and that hasn't sorted it, there's not much else you can do (unless you find the original firmware from the manufacturer).
