Help M8s problems

I've just got my box today, so have little experience with them, I've put in my wifi password etc but no matter what I go into, there are either no options, or nothing loads, films have no streaming, I've got nothing to work as yet, been playing with it now for 4 hours and give up.

Can anybody help.

Help with what?
Is this a TV box? If so, you will have more luck in the Android TV section.
Also give complete make and model, the version of Android, and what software it is running.
