Help Mac does not see Note

Tried sync with Macbook Air and Mac mini and both did not see the phone or sd card. Tried all types of changes in settings with no luck. Any ideas

in order to connect to mac go to the settings page on the note, then go to the wireless and network settings, then go to usb utilities, this will bring up usb mass storage, click connect to pc, now insert usb cable to the note as prompted, it will show you a picture of an android with an usb arm and at the bottom of the screen will have a place that says connect usb storage click there and the android will turn orange and on your desktop will be hard drive storage symbol titled no name click it and you are into your notes files

I was having the same problem. I now use Kies air works great you just start it on your phone type the address in the url accept on your phone accept on your mac and all is good.

FTP works good too check out Software Data Cable app which does what the physical Cable does but it's actually better.
