Mac users iCal to Android phone?

I use iCal on a Mac and would like to synch it to my Note 2 on 4.1.2 with iCal as the master file. Can anyone help?

Use these instructions to sync your Mac calendar with your google account calendar. Your phone syncs with that automatically.
