Help MacBook Pro, MS entourage, and Syncing with Incredible

Hey guys, new to Android phones. Just got the new Incredible and love it.

I'm having a problem though. I use MS Entourage on my macbook pro for email, calender and contacts. How do I get my contacts and calender synced up with my new phone?

My apologies if this has been covered. I tried to search but didn't exactly find my answer.

I forgot to add I already purchased "Missing Sync" by markspace.

I have even exported my entourage calender to ICal and my contacts to Apple's contact book. Still no luck.

I can not get my calender on the Incredible. I need it to have it there. Is there anyone who can offer insight?

Exchange/ActiveSync will solve this if you're tied in to Exchange server from work.
