Help Macro Mode Non-functional in .605

I use the Macro mode on the camer quite a bit. I notice now that it does nothing. Before I could take close picture-within 1-3" and the focus would be great( my dads iPhone 4 couldn't come close to this) now it does not work and the Macro is no different than any other mode. I can't get within 5" or so without it being able to focus properly. Factory reset, safe mode, clear data have not improved anything. Anyone else who uses Macro notice this?

Macro function does not work for me as well and I am experiencing the same issues that you are describing. The Macro function seemed to work fine on .602 ROMs. Currently on ApeX RC4 (.605 based) and tried AOSP camera as well as Blur camera; Macro does not work on either of them. I have also tried using third-party camera apps, which have yielded the same result.

I can get as close as 3" in good light and have it focus (green box), but no closer.
