Macro Recorder

I am looking for a macro recorder to have my android device perform repetitive task. Right now I use a macro recorder I have on my computer and I use that to control my android tablet through a vnc server to open up applications and perform task while I am away from the computer. However I would love a macro recorder on the android tablet so that it could control its self with out me having to use my laptop.

I want to be able to open up an application/games, perform task within the applications that I recorded with the macro recorder, then repeat.

I don't know if there is a macro recorder, but I think Tasker will do what you are looking for.
 
Thanks for the response. Is this the app "Tasker" the one for like $6 in the market place? Also, you wouldn't happen to know how to control the task within the apps? This looks like it may only open and close apps.

Yes, that's the one. I can't say too much about Tasker's ability to control apps. My experience with it is pretty basic.
