In troubleshooting a Galaxy S7 Edge phone getting all notifications late (sometimes hours late), I had changed some settings using the ADB shell on the phone that were not available through normal means/GUI. So my question now is, it has been several months since I changed those settings via ADB and I don't remember exactly what I changed. I have done a factory data reset on the phone and even changed carriers (and rooted the phone), but the late notification problem persists. Does a factory data reset through the menus reset ALL settings including those that may have been changed via the ADB shell?
