Magazine app question

I finally have my Asus Transformer Prime and I want to read magazines on it. I was really hoping I could take advantage of my free e-subscriptions that come with the mags I already subscribe to. The issue is they say they are only for certain tablets. Is there a way around this? Any help is appreciated, I'm new to the tablet world.
