hi people i have a cyberpad iview 776tpc android version 4.2.2 firmware 1.2_20130425. I am trying to get the magic jack app to work and it rings a phone once then goes back to the home screen of the tablet then restarts the magic jack app then back to the dial pad and no one is on the line. this is a new tablet and I am new to the android tablet world. I have contacted magic jack themselves . they spent a hour or more trying to fix the issue . having me do there stupid little test restarting the tablet, blaaa blaaa blaaa. after it was all said and done with they then started blaming the modem. when i said it does the same thing at my friends house they then started blaming the tablet. I dont know why companies like to blame your things after they cant find a fix. Electronic ARTs did the same thying as majic jack did when i was having issues with their games so if anyone could be of help that would be cool. I have tryed to put all the info on the tablet and not miss any thing.
Ps when someone calls me on the tablet and i dont answer it rings phone till the person hangs up. but if i answer the phone it goes back to the droid start up page back to the magic jack loading page then dial pad and nothing . sighhhhhh please helpe
