Mail App with Folders?

Does anyone know of an Android email app that allows you to add folders besides Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo? I have multiple POP3 Email accounts and need to sort my email into folders, but so far haven't found an app that does that. Thanks!

Wow. I can't believe they haven't done something about this. I can't stand G-mail...so it looks like I'm just SOL.
I hear ya...I hate Gmail too. I believe the developer of Enhanced Email has it on his to-do list, but who knows when it will happen.

I was going to buy that app, but wanted to make sure it did folders first. Now I know..thanks! I downloaded the Hotmail app and really like it. You can add folders and create rules. So, I've just forwarded all my POP3 email to it until someone comes out with a decent mail client.

I use K9 with my Gmail account. Any folders you choose in Gmail come through (don't have to select them all), and you can create new ones. I have all my POP accounts pulled into Gmail and sorted into folders there, then select only the ones I want to view with K9. So I have "In Box", "Work", "Yahoo", and 2 or 3 others. K9 takes a bit to get set up, but I find Gmail very easy to get it all organized.

K9, Enhanced Email, etc. will show all your Gmail folders, but you cannot create new folders in other accounts.

I hate Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail - all the free mail services. Can't trust any of 'em for business use.

I trust Google more than any of them. It's nice to have all your email in "the cloud" accessible from any device, anywhere... it's all I use for personal and business. I do hate the Gmail app, but with K9 it's fine. You can add and edit folders through your mobile browser in Desktop mode.

Hi there, first time member here.

Can anyone reccomend an email app for Kindle that includes features to download hotmail folders created previously as well as the ability to move messages to specific folders? Basically wants to have the same features as those available logged in to the hotmail website or even better, features like MS Outlook (NOT Outlook Express).

Thank anyone taking their time to respond to me!

try "MailDroid". Allows folders, works great, supports Gmail. don't have hotmail account so i have no idea about it.

Don't tags in GMail work just like folders?

I think you can even tag emails that are forwarded to gmail from a certain address with a certain tag. Then once you read the message you can tag it even more so you can file every email appropriately.

For example, you could tag every email you get from sales@website.com with the "Sales" tag. Once you reach out to them you can tag it with a "Sale Completed" tag. This will sync everywhere you have access to your Google account.

That would be good enough for me.
