I have 365 MB of data in the mail file that I cannot delete. Completely removed mail account but still there. How can I get to it? Not on SD card but internal memory.
 
Hi

Have you tried

menu
settings
manage applications
"all" tab
scroll down to email app
clear cache and clear data

NOTE this will remove all the email data for all the email accounts on your phone.
