Mail won't STOP refreshing

I've had my Rezound for about 7 months now. I'm using the mail app that comes with the phone. Problem is, is that it won't STOP refreshing. To save the battery, I have to manually refresh and then manually stop it.

Tried searching, but didn't come up with anything. Thanks for any help.

When I've had issues like this, I have removed the account and added it back. There may be a better way, but this method has worked for me with Hotmail, Gmail, and Exchange (corporate) mail issues.

Thanks H20nly, that did it. Lost a bunch of old e-mails (not all) but it worked. Back to normal again. Not sure how it happened in the first place.

Most likely there was somethibg stuck in your outbox. It may not have shown anything in there but it was likely retrying to send somethong over and ovrt again.
