Main notifications on/off?

I was wondering if there was any switch or any widget that would allow me to just press a button to turn on/off all of my notifications.

I always get all of my mail, twitter, etc.. notifs when I am home at my computer when I don't need them.

I use a sound widget to turn off the notification sounds when I go to bed. Then I turn the sound back on when I wake up. You still get the notifications on your phone, but it won't make any noise. Will that work for you?

Eh I guess so. Kinda the best option right now.

I use two apps. For scheduled on/off, by date and time, I use "Timeriffic" You can set as many profiles as you want. I use "Volume Control" which allows you to set up to three preset profiles for system, ringer, media, notifications, alarm and in-call volume all under one profile.
