Help Major LG Thrill 2.2.2 Froyo issue

Hey everyone, I just recently got an LG Thrill 4G as a gift, and it seems to have bugged out on me. The Phone now resets the entire Android OS after every power cycle, so that every time it reboots, it's as if its brand new and no settings or applications are saved. The "System Memory" -not internal phone memory-shows up as 0.00mb and does not allow me to install any apps because of this. I've done the all the resets possible and still no luck. As of now, the phone does not want to do anything. Is there any way to fix this?
