Help Major warranty issues, im being screwed GS2

I've been experiencing a common problem, the same problem as with hundreds if not thousands of other Samsung Galaxy S2 owners have been having. The issue is that there appears to be a common fault with the phone's micro USB charging port. Because of this issue the phone likes to give me various signs to tell me that it's not very well. It likes to say it's charging when there's nothing plugged into it. It likes to go into driving mode when i'm just walking down the street. It likes jump in and out of charging mode like some sort of crazy charging kangaroo, making the most unpleasant repetitive beeping noise. When I actually plug in my charger, the charging kangaroo would appear and make the charging noise on and off all night, keeping me wide awake. If the kangaroo decided to sleep, the phone would actually decrease it's amount of charge when it's says it's charging up. It also likes to activate voice mode at completely random times. Now voice mode is a very useful tool, and upon activation it likes to ask me 'What you like to do today?'. How thoughtful? But at 4am, the only thing I would like to do is sleep at that time. I've tried telling it this but to no avail. It would also not switch on at all and flash up the battery symbol and a yellow warning triangle. No idea what that is or means.

Doing a bit of investigation, I noticed a lot of other Samsung Galaxy S2 owners were having the same, if it not similar problems, showing all, if not some of the above symptoms. I did not fear, I checked on Samsung's website, and realised I was covered by not a 12 month warranty, but a 24 MONTH WARRANTY! Phew! After reading all these other poor customers issues, Samsung must have realised this problem by now and will get it fixed straight away. So i rang them up and they instructed me to send it to their authorised service centre explaining that i'll have the phone back in just 5 working days.

So i sent it off and I sat and waited for my treasured phone to be returned, hopefully fully working minus the kangaroo. 5 working days passed, i thought nothing of it and gave them the benefit of the doubt with the Bank Holiday weekend as they must have had some catching up to do. On the 7th working a day I got a phone call off their authorised service centre explaining that they'd realised the issues i'd been having were because of a faulty USB port! Bingo. Fantastic, they've found the problem. Unfortunately, mine has 'signs of fluid damage'. Fluid damage you say? My treasured
