Apps Make an apps which can read messeges from a chat messanger

Hi!

I'm currently develop an apps and wondering is there any way to read a message from a chat messenger.
I had search and get some information.
I try to use WhatsApp as example.
I was able to get the messages by copying the database and decrypt it but I only able to do it by using a tool on PC.
So I was wondering how to make an apps which can read a chat messenger database (ex. WhatsApp) which needed to be decrypt first and then show it on the apps.
