Make certain incoming calls audible while on silent mode

Ok this may sound odd but I am trying to figure out how to make a certain number audible while my phone is on silent mode. Reason being I'm on call for work a lot, sometimes while I'm sleeping. So I don
 
This is one of the things I miss about my old Blackberry. You could easily make custom "profiles" for things like this. I'll be looking for a good solution as well.
 
I haven't tried this but there is a setting in the app "Settings Profiles" for incoming calls from specific contacts. This app is about a 3rd of the price of locale and includes many of the addons that cost extra. Well worth the price. If you try it let us know if it works.
 
Foxyring from the market will do exactly what the op wants. Everything is silent except for the E number you choose and it is time adjustable. Free in the market.
