Help Make outgoing calls without receiving incoming calls

At certain times, I don't want to be disturbed by unnecessary incoming calls but would still like to be able to make outgoing calls. Is there a way to achieve this?

Divert all incoming calls to voicemail (or wherever you want) - just don't forget to undo the divert afterwards.
