Makes movies for Incredible from a DVD

Is it possible to convert a DVD into a movie file that can be viewed on the Incredible?

If so, what is the process and does anybody know any good free programs to use?
 
not if it's copyright dvd...lol..otherwise just google "free video converter" and change the format to a mp4 I believe...have fun
 
It's possible. One of the main issues is the copy protection on DVD's. I use a product called Xilisoft DVD Ripper to rip DVD's for my media server. It has some Android-formatted profiles (not one specific to the Inc yet). I haven't used the product for that purpose, but it should work.

There are some other options out there as well (some free). Keep in mind though, a lot of them don't strip copy-protection.

You can try DVDFab free for 30 days. This is the best program I have used and it easy to use. I ended up paying for it ...well worth it.
