I have an Alcatel 5056N (Fierce One Touch 4) running Android 6.0.1 (NOT rooted)
This phone calls random people from my contact list even when I am nowhere near it.
Bluetooth is turned off. Google voice typing is set to Automatic, but the help screen says that this works only in Chrome browsers, anyway.
