Making a Demon summoning program lancher

I am trying to make a launcher based off from a videogame Devil Survivor overclocked and 2... and I wish to learn how to make it so it would work on any previous and current android OS

What help you need depends on the level of your programming skill. (You can't wrote a computer program - which an app is - if you don't know how to write computer programs.)

that is why I want smoeone who can teach me... I want to do it as much as possible as I can alone... but it woudl be fun to work with other people... I... don't have friends or people to talk to... so doing these projects are all I have really
