Making A Small SpreadSheet App in Android

Hi Every1,
I am doing BS CS and have been lately given a final project for making a Small SpreadSheet App in Android.
So as I am New to Android Programming I dont know from where to start. How to make this app.
Lately I have made a small camera app that captures pictures, so I am little bit familiar with android.
I am using Android SDK IceCream Sandwich 4.0 on Eclipse IDE.
Please I will appreciate if anyone could help me.
