Help Making calls = No one can hear me

Let me quickly lay out the problem. When I call out to someone else, the other person cannot hear me, however I can hear them. If the other person calls me, we can both hear each other just fine. Now this is a MAJOR problem because I use this phone at work to call all the time. Doesn't do any good if they cant hear me. I've already tried wiping the cache in android recovery to no avail. I've verified that bluetooth or nothing like that is on. It's not muted... I dont know what it is.

If you already did tech support then just take it to the store and swap it out. No idea why it would only do it when you make calls. That says it's not hardware. Try a factory reset?
