making calls trouble since 2.1 update

Since the update to 2.1. When i make a call it dont ring says its making a call and its counting up. But no ringing. I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on, then it works. Anyone else having this issue?

I believe this is the dreaded Silent Call issue. Probably gonna have to contact Verizon and get a new phone.
