Making folder - Jelly Bean vs Gingerbread

Hi friends

In Samsung Galaxy Advance with GingerBread, there is a "Edit" key in App page and a "+" key in Home page to add folder. In JellyBean these keys seem to be missing and the way to add folder is to PILE UP a icon over another icon and then they will merge to create a new folder to hold them.

If i do not want to use this pile up way but want to rely on keys, any suggestion??

All you have to do is long press on the home screen and an option to add a folder will pop up. Be advised the folder in Jelly bean appears as a round circle with a folder icon in it.
