Help making the dolphin browser default

I was wondering if there was a way to make the dolphin browser default when opening emails

From the home screen go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Browser > Clear Defauls
Then the next time you click on link it should ask you which browser to use. Check the box at the bottom to always use this choice and pick Dolphin.

The only browser settings there is is dolphin browser. And I have that set as default. No matter what I do the default browser always is used when ticking a link in my email.
