I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100g cell phone.

Recently I recorded sharks swimming in the Open Ocean exhibit at the National Aquarium (low light). While I was in the middle of making a fifth recording, the warming popped up "Camera failed. OK." When I tried to play back the recorded video, the screen said "Unable to play video." The phone was unusually warm. The battery level was 81%. I left the phone on, but didn't check it again for 2 hours. The phone was still warm - and the battery level was 25%. I turned the phone off. After it cooled down, I turned it back on and was able to watch the videos and edit photos. The battery level was 19% when I had the opportunity to recharge the battery. Ever since, the camera has been fine. Why did this happen?
