Hi there, my phone doesn't seem to be able to update the apps messenger, Facebook or Snapchat. When I attempt to update them, it ends with the phone telling me that the app "couldn't be installed". The first time this happened, all three of the apps appeared to disappear off my phone, followed by all other apps saved to external storage after I had turned my phone off and back on again. The first time, the problem seemed to sort itself out after I had switched it on and off a few times, however this morning when it happened again it doesn't appear to be sorting the problem. It's heating itself up like crazy though so it must be doing something... Anyone got any ideas what could be causing this/ how to fix it? Thanks
