Malicious app/behavior detection

A few weeks ago, I was going through the posts and came across the thread that listed apps everyone uses for detection of a malicious app or malicious behavior of an app. I searched again and can't find it now. Can anyone pls link me, if not, could you please post which app do you use for this purpose?

Free Lookout. Doubles to find your device (on a dynamic, zoomable map in any browser) when you've lost it, or when it has been stolen. And when you're at that location and still can't find it Lookout can make it 'scream'.

Great suggestion I guess, its easier if folks can just post one work i.e. name of the app. That is more time saver...
