Help Malware broservice linervice

I bought a tablet Android, brand GOCLEVER model Quantum 1010m, version 4.4.2; since a bit of time malware broservice and linervice installed themselves at the time of Internet connection, putting a banner ad at the bottom right on the browser; I installed Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus, which immediately detects the installation of malware, intending to uninstall, what I do immediately.
The next tablet's reboot, the two malware reinstall themselves.
Scanning with Avast detects only the app Device Manager, which is pre-installed, and I've turned off. The problem continues.
I tried almost all antivirus and anti-malware, without results.
I have not installed many apps around (no recently), no "strange", any games, all from the Google play store, except Adblock Plus from the official site.
I tried to do a factory reset, and the OTA update.
No way. The problem persists, and I do not know what to do.
The cause is certainly an app, perhaps preinstalled, but you can not find it in any way.
Someone has any similar experience, or any idea?

I have exactly the same problem. Short of rooting the device (which I've never done before) I'm not sure how to solve. I'd be interested in whatever help comes along here. Thanks!

Budget no-name Chinese tablets. It sounds like it's pre-installed adware/spyware, it happens sometimes with these things. Root is required to remove it.

It seems that I have solved!
Thanks to a post on Android Central Forums.
The offending app is CrashService, system app not uninstallable, which contained items com.google.ePlay1Service-1.apk and com.google.eVideo1Service-1.apk.
WITHOUT ROOT enough:
with DISABLED connection, in the settings app CrashService, do CLEAR DATA and CLEAR CACHE and then FORCE STOP.
Upon restart, the evil apps broservice and linervice no longer appear.
Unlike the case of the post above, I had no MTKMusicProvider and XBPK.apk.
However, I resolved finally.
