Malware? How to fix?

My notification bar is getting pop ups for me to check out aps. How do I get rid of it? I am not very phone savvy. Thanks!

You've probably got some form of push advertising. If you get Addons Detector it will show you exactly which app is the culprit. Get rid of it and the ads go away.
