Help Malware

hi guys, my name is sajid, my device is Oppo R831K, i am having problems a few weeks ago, its kind of malware that is creating problems for me, when ever i turn on my fone, it says anroid system, and in app manager, running apps shows android system, security plugin, time service etc etc, i am not able to delete them permanently, i tried everything. i reset my fon many time but they still exists, plzzz guys help me to get rid off them.

Why do you believe this is malware? I don't know Oppo's app manager, but "android system" is a common entry in battery monitors.
So what exactly, in detail, are the symptoms that make you think you have a malware infection? And have you tried installing MalwareBytes and scanning the device? Did it find anything?

"Android system" and "Security service" are present in my two Oppos, they're part of the system it comes with, certainly not malware.

Maybe it's just me, but the phone is running Android, so of course it will have Android system running. Am I missing something?
