Manage exSDCARD Wirelessly

I need an app that can allow me to move music to my phone's external sd card.

Ive tried AirDroid and Samba but my sd card isnt supported by air droid and adding secondary shared folder (external SD Card) doesnt work in samba.

How do you guys do it?

Im using sandisk 64gb sdxc card formatted by a galaxy s2

Figured it out myself
Use ES File Explorer
Go to Settings->Remote settings->enable

now you can connect in windows explorer via ftp://<phone ip>:3721

I use SwiftFTP.
It does the same thing but with a shortcut

In ES File Explorer
Go to Settings->Remote settings->Set root Directory
Change it from /SDCard to / and you'll access to phone, internal SD and mmt for external SD
