Well I figured out that it was showing the SD card and not the hard drive. The technician told me I needed to "upgrade" to see both. He directed me over to Dell's website but he could not locate the upgrade option. He finally told me to open the Dell Mobile Sync program and upgrade there.
I did upgrade but I still cannot see the hard drive. I'll call them on Tuesday probably - but after spending 2 hours on the phone with them, I need a break.
If anyone has suggestions on this, it will be greatly appreciated.
