manual camera option has disappeared.

I opened up the default camera option as usual, but this time i could only select simple or automatic. The manual mode I often use has disappeared. This means I can nolonget adjust shutter speed or manual focus, etc. Why did it disappear, and how can I get it back?

And for some reason, around the same time, a few of the icons on my phone changed. They were usually replaced by another program or theme or something, but now some are back to default. Maybe there was an update or something.
