Manual is up on the support page

Well, if you want it, the manual for the Transformer Prime is up on the support page:

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201

Maybe this can pacify those who just can't wait to get their hands on the actual thing! If anyone takes a peek at the manual, check out the funky power adapter. It appears to be two parts that come apart in addition to the USB cable. I haven't had a tablet before, so maybe that's old news for folks that do, but it looked odd when I saw it in there.

Enjoy,

Gary

Thanks a lot! I'm one of the few remaining people who actually read these things. Same for when I order a new car: I download the user manual and read it cover to cover.

Well, IF the apparent delay is true and IF hardware related, there will be plenty of time to memorize it ;)

Hope joking, but seems no pushback by any retail channels or ASUS- yet. If anything, all anecdotal information supports a delay (some review units had wifi issues).

Their could be and the NA spokeperson for ASUS did not help much with a generic response and a vague "week of 12/19".

In any case, it does not seem too likely that many people will have a Prime before Christmas. If ASUS ships 12/19 week, not likely consumers will have them the same week. Not many.

Seems ASUS us trying to push a device out that needs more time.

Anyone else think that's a really bad place to put the speaker. Seems like your hand can ruin the output when holding it, or your leg can ruin the output when on your lap. The smart cover will probably muffle sound too.
