Help Manual Jelly Bean download?

I have a stellar which does not have a sim card, and therefore cannot download the Jelly Bean update through the device. Is there any way to manually install the update?

I flashed to stock lh2 and got stuck in the set up loop because I don't have a sim card. I tried the emergency number ' *#TESTMODE ' that is used for other samsung phones but that didn't work. Any ideas?

Edit: NM, used the other method of touching the 4 corners of the black area of the language screen then pressing vol up.
