Help manually update for uk G1

Hi all,

I rooted my phone then unrooted it not long after but i have come back to the RC7 release. I cant seem to find the update files to update it to RC8+ any ideas where i can find the relevant files?

Nothing seems to work as it was when i brought it from t-mobile a while back
