Help mapmyindia app problem

dear members,
i have just got the mapmyindia cd.
i followed all the directions and installed the app on my android i9000.
Now after opening the app it asked for activation.
i chose online activation
i punched the product code.
the s/w IS NOT not GETTING activated.
i tried the manual mode of activation but i the app is not showing any id. which is required for activation.

i have installed the latest 2.2 froyo jp3 firmware.

This is because you installed it on your internal SD card. You HAVE TO install MapMyIndia software on the external SD card to get it to work. That is, your Drive, Maps and Res folders must be in /sdcard/sd/ and not /sdcard/.

P.S. - Sorry for digging up an old topic. Landed here through Google :D

hope ur problem is resolved, may I ask you from where did you buy the mapmyindia cd and how much you paid for it
 
I purchases and installed mapmyindia on Galaxy S official Froyo for India. But the navigation app closes after sometime. Without navigation it works but I bought mapmyindia only for navigation.

During closing, the phone vibrates, once and after sometime three times.

Is there any solution/workaround?
 
i have installed my map my india software on my HTC Desire HD and then when i launched the app it shows an error reading "The application Mobile Maps 9 (process com.sygic.drive)has Stopped unexpectedly. Please try again

i have uninstalled the app and installed it again but it shows the same error

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!
