maps not loading

Hello,

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and whenever I try to open MAPS, LATITUDE or PLACES, the map goes into an endless loop cycle of refreshing itself. Anyone ever had this problem or have any suggestions? Kind thanks!!

Idk but for a quick work around have u tried google maps? Its my go to on every unit I own.
