I'm kind of new to this. I've had the orignal Droid for about 9 months, and still can't get the hang of it. I think by the time I'm 75 (a long, long way to go) I'll figure it all out ... and have to buy a new phone as soon as Verizon gets it's 4G situation figured out. In the last 6 weeks, I've had two computers completely fry out. I'm working on a now clean WinXP Pro and reloading all of my programs (next time I WILL back up everything). My GMail and Outlook contacts are gone, but I still have them in my Droid. Now I want to know the easiest way to export to GMail, and then to Outlook, so I'm going hunting. Nice to join you.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

There are a number of apps in the Android Market that will allow you to export your contacts from the phone. Many export to CSV or VCard formats which you should be able to use to import into GMail and Outlook...
