Help Market App and Flashing

I installed cyanogenMod 7 for my gt540 and it works fine,but i don't have android market or any other gapps,i asked on some other forums to help me find gapps for gt540,they sad just type in google and you will find then just flash apps.Can somebody give me those apps and explain me how to flash ?

download root toolbox ,install it,then download google apps for 2.3 .the option will be available in the above apps.as you dont have market in your ph,you have to take pc help.

i fixed it i went to appbrain website and tryed to download app phone sad to me that i need market and it downloaded itself
