Market disappearing apps?

I was just reading a few threads on this forum about such apps as Swype & Dungeon Hunter for example and I've noticed when I use my non-rooted Evo I am unable to find either of these apps. Has anyone else had any issues with apps disappearing or just not showing up when you do a market search?

Every app that is posted on the site won't necessarily be from the market. What shows up in the market is determined by your phone, carrier, country, etc. And then of course some apps are just removed from the market. One of the best ways to find an app is to google (app name).apk
