Help Market download problems Mytouch 4g

I did a factory reset because my phone started acting strangely. I'd just downloaded the Akliko or Aliko or whatever it is book reader and the phone froze up. It began rebooting repeatedly and then wouldn't go past the 'MY' screen. I did a factory reset and the phone itself works now. But nothing will download from the market! What's going on? Someone else mentioned this but the circumstances weren't all the same....can anyone help?

Are you rooted? If so it could be your rom and it may not have downloaded properly. If not and you are completely back to stock there might be something else going on in that phone other then that one app messing it up. I would do another factory reset via volume down + power and selecting reset.
